When I look back at my career of 17 years in the IT industry, one of the most defining chapters has been my time at blueBriX. I joined blueBriX five years ago as a Development Manager, eager to contribute but also curious about how I could grow in a new environment.
What struck me immediately was the openness and trust in the culture. Within a year, I was given the opportunity to step into the role of AVP of Engineering, leading a team of more than 50 brilliant engineers. It was both challenging and energizing—an opportunity not just to manage, but to build, mentor, and empower people to deliver impactful solutions. Those years taught me the true meaning of leadership: it’s not about titles, but about enabling others to succeed and grow with you.
Recently, my journey has taken another exciting turn as I moved into the role of AVP of Professional Services, overseeing account management, customer support, and project management. This role has broadened my horizon beyond engineering—it’s about working hand-in-hand with our clients, understanding their challenges deeply, and ensuring that technology truly makes a difference in their day-to-day operations. It has also given me a chance to work more closely with cross-functional teams, building alignment between what we promise and what we deliver.
Through every step, I’ve learned that growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone. At blueBriX, I’ve always found an environment where opportunities come hand-in-hand with support, where challenges are seen as stepping stones, and where people believe in pushing each other to be better every day.
What excites me most is not just the career progression I’ve had, but the impact we’re creating in healthcare technology. To know that the work we do improves lives and transforms care delivery keeps me motivated every day.
For anyone considering joining blueBriX, my message is simple: if you are looking for a place where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work has real impact—this is the place to be.
Every challenge I’ve faced here has been a chance to grow, and every success has been a shared one. That’s what makes this journey truly meaningful.
