Harsha R

Junior Recruitment Associate

Eighteen months ago, I started at blueBriX in Kochi as a Talent Acquisition Trainee, excited to contribute to a mission-driven environment that believes in making health technology accessible to all bluebrix.health. My early days were a hands-on immersion—learning the ropes of sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

Growth to Full-Time

After just six months, my hard work and dedication paid off—I earned a full-time Talent Acquisition role. This milestone validated my skills: from coordinating interviews and negotiating offers to handling sensitive follow-up with clarity and compassion.

Embedding into Culture & Mission

I embraced blueBriX’s core mission: improving healthcare through scalable, value-based technology. I learned quickly that recruiting here meant more than filling vacancies—it meant identifying people who align with blueBriX’s inclusive, respectful, purpose-driven work ethos.

Evolving in my Role

As time progressed, I took ownership of full-cycle recruitment for mission-critical positions— Sales Development, and Account Executives. I built strong relationships with hiring managers, refined competency-based hiring, and implemented streamlined sourcing processes tailored to the healthcare-tech domain.

Impact & Milestones

  •  Successfully hired “X” key roles that fueled blueBriX’s growth in areas like blueBriX Platform, RCM, and EHR tech
  • Introduced structured interview guides and strengthened employer branding on platforms like AmbitionBox and BuiltIn to attract top talent
  •  Helped evolve a candidate-centric experience, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning—values echoed across blueBriX’s culture.

Who  I have  Become

  •  A trusted recruiter who understands the blueBriX mission and speaks fluently about healthcare technology.
  •  A strategic partner to hiring managers—aligning recruitment with roles that impact patients and provider.
  • A bridge-builder—connecting purpose-driven candidates with meaningful work

Looking Ahead

At the 18-month mark, I believe I am more than just a recruiter—I am an architect of culture and impact. The next chapter might include leading a TA team, launching campus initiatives, or infusing AI tools into recruitment—continuing your role as a talent champion in a company scaling its agentic-AI and digital health marketplace across India, the U.S., and beyond.

Final Thoughts

From trainee to full-timer to confident TA executivet, my journey at blueBriX has been one of learning, growth, and deep alignment with a meaningful mission.  I am not just filling roles— I am shaping teams that make healthcare accessible through innovative technology. Congratulations on reaching this milestone—and here’s to many more!
