To take our growth to the next level, we’re looking for a Director of Sales who brings sharp instincts, steady leadership, and the kind of market presence that makes prospects lean in and say, “Alright, tell me more.”

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, loves a challenge, and knows how to turn a good product into a great business story.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build the sales engine — strategy, structure, accountability, the works.
  • Lead the team with clarity, confidence, and the ability to fix what’s not working without writing a novel about it.
  • Drive predictable revenue with a pipeline that’s more “precision-crafted” and less “fingers crossed.”
  • Own enterprise deals from first call to final signature.
  • Develop GTM strategies that don’t live in slides but actually move markets.
  • Partner with Product & Marketing so the right message hits the right customer at the right moment.
  • Expand our reach across hospitals, health systems, BH, non-acute, RCM, and value-based care.

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with strong exposure to healthcare tech, EHR, RCM, VBC, or similar.
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Mastery of enterprise selling and long-cycle healthcare deals.
  • Ability to turn market noise into actionable strategy.
  • Strong storytelling — value-driven, credible, and persuasive without the fluff.
  • A blend of grit, discipline, and resourcefulness that makes tough targets look… possible.
