Now we’re looking for an IT Recruiter with 3 years of experience — someone who understands that hiring isn’t about posting jobs, it’s about winning talent in a competitive market.

This is a people, persuasion, and precision role.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Beyond Posting Jobs):
- Owning end-to-end hiring for IT roles — engineering, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, product tech, Sales and Marketing, etc.
• Understanding the real requirement behind the role (not just what’s written)
• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and smart outreach
• Screening candidates for both technical alignment and communication clarity
• Managing stakeholders with honest updates — not false optimism
• Driving offer closures and improving offer-to-join ratios
• Ensuring every candidate gets a response, closure, and respect
• Tracking hiring metrics and improving them quarter over quarter
What We Expect (No Surprises Here):
- 3+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of common tech stacks (you don’t code — but you get it)
• Experience hiring for product or SaaS companies is a big plus
• Clear spoken and written communication (non-negotiable)
• Ability to juggle multiple roles without dropping the ball
• Comfort with hiring pressure, deadlines, and accountability
