Role Overview
The Product Management Trainee role is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about healthcare technology and product development. This role will provide you with real-world experience in product research, requirements gathering, backlog management, and market analysis, under the guidance of senior product managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & User Research
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
- Conduct research on healthcare trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Product Documentation & Requirements Gathering
- Support in preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with stakeholders to document workflows, use cases, and process improvements.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product deliverables.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Product Lifecycle Support
- Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization activities.
- Monitor product metrics and user engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Quality & Feedback Loop
- Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and bug tracking.
- Collect and compile feedback from end-users and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in Product Management, Business Analytics, or Healthcare IT is a plus.
Technical & Domain Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Basic understanding of software development concepts (Agile/Scrum).
- Familiarity with healthcare domain (EHR, RCM, interoperability standards like HL7/FHIR) is an advantage.
